Claudia is a digital technology executive with experience in transforming organizations by improving the way they work to create digital products and services that are intuitive, easy to use and relevant to customers. Her career spans across many industries, such as financial services, enterprise software & services, public health and not-for-profit, where she has delivered many commercially competitive offerings by integrating business strategy through technology.

Claudia builds strong customer and stakeholder relationships that allow her to engage, influence, persuade and input into key corporate decisions as a trusted advisor. She leads business units with full commercial control and responsibility for delivery – both onshore and offshore.

She utilises Agile and Lean methodologies to enable ‘customer design thinking’ across her teams and continues to achieve results through high-performing teams. Claudia enjoys public speaking and has been engaged as MC for a number of corporate and social activities.

Claudia is highly motivated outside work, recently achieving her Cycling Australia NCAS Road & Track Coaching accreditation. When she isn’t working, she is most likely cycling with Saint Kilda Cycling Club or International Cycling Executives.
