A couple of years ago, LJ Hooker decided it’s main focus was to become the number one customer experience brand in real estate.  Leanne Howard took on the role as Head of Customer Experience and since then has implemented NPS scoring, designed customer journeys for each type of customer, forged new relationships with corporate partners that can help improve the customer journey and worked closely with corporate departments and the franchisees to create a consistent journey for customers that far exceeds their expectations.
