APAC Chief Technology Officer, Ping Identity
With over 20 years’ experience in enterprise IT, I’ve worked in a wide range of leadership and technical roles, from strategy and enterprise architecture, pre-sales consulting to post-sales architecture and implementation, from support to training.
My core experience is with the online channel, focusing heavily on security and Identity and Access Management, directory services, APIs, microservices, and web and mobile application integration.
My current role is as Principal Architect working with the sales organisation and CTO team of a global market-leading IDAM software company. In this role I deal with business and technical professionals, educating them on the products’ benefits and how they would be implemented to solve their business problems. I oversee the development of customer demos and POCs, often at short notice. I also am responsible for partner and channel enablement, doing regular updates to assist our sales and technical partners in marketing the products to their customer base.
I’m known for my ability to learn new products quickly and present to an audience, whether they be business executives or technical people. I have written many business and technical-level blogs and published articles in my career and, in my spare time, I write books and screenplays. I also have media (TV) experience.
I highly value the drive towards simplicity in enterprise software and deployment processes and I’m always looking to codify best practices into documents and software applications, to make life easier for myself, my colleagues and my customers.
