Tim is currently leading the marketing department at Toyota Financial Services with a focus on customer experience, marketing investment efficiency and digital innovation across Toyota’s automotive finance, insurance and fleet management categories.
Most recently he has launched a company wide ‘Voice of Customer’ programme using segmentation profiling and insights to deliver personalised content strategies. He is also focusing on the utilisation of data analytics and qualitative insights to drive business strategy via an intimate understanding of consumer behaviour.
Tim has recently led breakthrough digital initiatives designed to build a seamless online to instore customer experience, resulting in a commercial return significantly above industry benchmarks.
His experience with Toyota has also included a highlight of 3 years Marketing Management experience with the parent company Toyota Motor Corporation in Tokyo, Japan. This unique Toyota automotive experience has embedded the ‘Toyota Way’ and Kaizen managerial approach into Tim’s business DNA.
