Her experience in marketing leadership extends through Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Start-ups and Not-for-Profits, with deep consumer marketing and B2B expertise. Renae is a passionate enterprise leader who takes pride in building high performing teams, inspired to serve their customers and people, so as to deliver true strategic value.

Renae currently serves as CMO – AIA AU NZ, which sees her leading a diverse international team, across Brand, Marketing & Digital, Retail Product & Pricing & AIA Vitality (AIA’s hugely successful health and wellness program). Renae also represents AIA as Advisory Board Member of the Shared Value Project; the peak practice body for driving shared value outcomes for business in Australasia. These positions of leadership enable Renae to pursue her passion for business transformation and growth, as well as impacting positive social and cultural change, focused on developing long term sustainable outcomes.
