Using customer and market insights to develop the customer strategy I drive continuous innovation using Customer Centred Design frameworks. Tina’s responsibilities have covered P&L ownership, pricing, risk management, research insights, vendor management, and measuring and driving customer satisfaction and NPS and delivering a superior customer experience.
