Tina has extensive experience in product management, development and CX across Financial Services including Online Trading and Telecommunications. She leads teams of CX Managers, Product Managers/Owners, Pricing, Insights and Process managers. Using customer and market insights to develop the customer strategy I drive continuous innovation using Customer Centred Design frameworks. Tina’s responsibilities have covered P&L ownership, pricing, risk management, research insights, vendor management, and measuring and driving customer satisfaction and NPS and delivering a superior customer experience.
